Cancellation Policy
Hair Wash Policy 🔹 Non-Members: A complimentary hair wash (max 10-12 minutes) is included with all services. Exceeding this limit will incur a $25 additional fee. 🔹 Members: Enjoy a luxurious spa hair wash with no time limit—because your hair deserves the best! - REFUNDS: Our appointment policy requires a minimum of 24 to 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. Failure to provide this notice will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and/or pre-paid session. Failure to arrive at your scheduled appointment will also result in forfeiture of the security deposit. To receive a refund of your deposit, you must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued halfway through the service or after the service has been completed. - NO-SHOW: Failure to arrive at your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and a late cancellation or no-show fee.
