Cancellation Policy
Podcast Studio Rental Policy No Refunds โ All bookings are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Rescheduling may be accommodated with at least [insert timeframe] notice, subject to availability. Minimum Booking Requirement โ The minimum rental time is 90 minutes. Additional time can be booked in advance or extended on-site if the schedule allows. Post-Production Fees โ Post-production services (editing, mixing, mastering, etc.) are not included in the studio rental fee. These services are available at an additional cost, which will be quoted separately. Arrival & Setup โ Your rental period includes setup and breakdown time. Please arrive on time, as your session will begin and end as scheduled. Equipment & Damages โ All equipment must be handled with care. Any damages caused by misuse will be charged to the renter. Studio Conduct โ No smoking, vaping, or disruptive behavior is allowed in the studio. The space must be left clean and in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Late Arrivals & Overtime โ Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled session time. Overtime is subject to availability and billed at [insert rate] per [insert time increment]. Guest Policy โ A maximum of [insert number] guests are allowed in the studio during the session. Additional guests must be approved in advance. Liability โ The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Renters assume full responsibility for their guests and personal belongings.
